A little late to say Happy New Year but better late than never! This year is living up to predictions that it will be challenging. Thinking of everyone affected by fires and floods. It is easy to get drawn into the tragedy of these events so we do need to stay grounded, positive and help in any way we can. Wishes for lots of love, luck and laughter this year. 🍀

Having very recently experienced Dr. Joe Dispenza’s week long retreat themed Infinite Doors, this really resonated with me!

Remembering our gentle giant Zion. He crossed the rainbow bridge an year ago and my heart still hurts. Rescued by our dog loving daughter Sashya he gave us many years of love and laughter. We all miss him enormously.
Run free darling Zion. You truly were so special. ❤️
