We’re on the lookout for a young, ambitious aviation enthusiast to grow with us. We want someone who’s been around aircraft maintenance as an AME or a LAME, and who’s got experience certifying both narrow-body and wide-body aircraft. Basically, if you’re comfortable with planes big and small, you’re our kind of person!
We’re aiming for someone in their late 20s to 30s who’s ready to jump into a role that’s not just a job, but a pathway. We’re offering not just a salary, but also a slice of the company in the form of shares, and the potential to step up and own the organisation in the long term.
In short, if you’re passionate about teaching, love aircraft, and want a future where you don't have to work night shift or in the pi***ng rain under the engine, we’d love to hear from you! Or if you have never instructed before, we are open to exploring a trial session to see what you have to offer.
Training will be provided on multiple type ratings and instructional techniques.
We are open to offering this position as a Full-time or casual position or a hybrid of both so that you can potentially phase out working o the tools. Plus the hybrid option would allow you to gain experience on new aircraft types.
Ideally, we are looking for experience on any of the following aircraft types:
A320 CEO/NEO
A220
A350
B737 NG/MAX
B787
B777
E190 E1/E2
Dassault Falcon 7X/8X
Cert IV in Training & Assessment is not required, just a passion for aircraft maintenance.
