Great news for locals - the Minns Labor Government is delivering important safety upgrades on Unwins Bridge at Bayview Avenue.

Transport for NSW will carry out rehabilitation work including footpath repairs, improved pedestrian fencing and handrails, drainage cleaning, rust treatment and new protective coatings.

This work will help improve safety for pedestrians and road users while extending the life of the bridge.

A truly special evening as Canterbury Bankstown FC celebrates an incredible milestone, 140 years of history, passion, and community.

Held at the stunning Waterview in Bicentennial Park, Sydney Olympic Park this Gala Dinner promises to be a night to remember.

From 6:30pm to 10:30pm, guests will enjoy a premium 3 course banquet, complemented by a generous beverage package including beer, wine, sparkling, soft drinks, and juice.

Get your dancing shoes on to enjoy the latest global tunes, have fun in celebrating 140 years of a football community which is historical to Australian Football.

Along with guest speakers, mystery guests, former players, the night will include a formal presentation acknowledging past and present players and volunteers, as well as raffle prizes and lucky door prizes.

This exclusive event will bring together the heart and soul of our club, from past legends who helped shape our legacy, to current players, coaches, committee members, volunteers, supporters, and special guests who continue to drive our future forward.

More than just a dinner, this is a celebration of everything Canterbury Bankstown FC stands for.

A night filled with nostalgia, storytelling, and recognition, as we honour those who came before us while looking ahead to the next chapter of our proud club.
