Fitness made fun
FLIP OUT Prestons located at 238 Hoxton Park Road is a premier family entertainment venue offering a trampolining experience like never before! Run in partnership by two Sydney families, the focus is on providing fun for kids (and burning off excess energy) while providing an enjoyable experience for parents!
We hold regular events such as DJ night on Saturdays which features up and coming local talent and disco and pizza nights on Friday designed to give mum’s and dads a night off at the end of the busy work week! We also take the fuss out of organising birthday parties providing a number of birthday party packages to suit your needs.
During the school term we offer an after school Ninjas program which teaches school aged children trampolining and gymnastics skills using a belt system like in Ninjas. Once children successfully learn and execute manoeuvre’s they are awarded the next belt and move on to the following level. The Ninjas program is brilliant for teaching kids coordination, flexibility, balance and strength - and its fun! Sit back have a coffee, grab a magazine and relax while the kids are occupied.
Why should kids get all the fun? We also offer flippin fun fitness for adults too! Try out our Flip Fit Adult Agility classes. Around an hour long Flip Fit is will get you fit in no time. Using a combination of floor and trampolining exercises the program is a great cardio workout incorporating the principles of interval training and function strength to give you a full body workout. Got kids? No problem, bring them along and they can jump while you work out
