Miss Lowanna has been nominated for the Western Sydney and Blue Mountains Regional Training Awards, in the category of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Student of the Year / Trainee of the Year.

The regional awards are the first round in the NSW Training Awards and are conducted annually by Training Services NSW to recognise outstanding achievement in the vocational education and training sector.

The Awards honour and reward the achievements of students, trainers/teachers, training organisations, large and medium employers.

Tonight, Miss Lowanna attended the awards ceremony. Although Miss Lowanna didn’t win the overall award this is still a HUGE achievement! We are so proud of you 🖤💛❤️
