🙌 Yesterday we celebrated National P&C Day. A chance to acknowledge the incredible power of public education in NSW and the amazing people behind our P&C!
This year’s theme, Purpose in Action, shines a spotlight on the heart of what P&Cs do every single day. We’re so much more than fundraising groups, we exist to:
✨ Strengthen cooperation between parents, citizens, students and staff
✨ Support student wellbeing, facilities and opportunities
✨ Ensure parents have a meaningful voice in education
✨ Help our school community thrive
Supporting an inclusive and welcoming environment for all students is a core focus of NSW public education, and our P&C is proud to play a role in that. 🫶

📢 Celebrating the Pittwater High School P&C and calling for new volunteers!
Before we say goodbye to the current team, it’s worth remembering what they’ve helped deliver and support over the past couple of years:
✨ Re-registered as a Charity Organisation
✨ Advocated for school upgrades, including the successful installation of air-conditioning in all classrooms
✨ Funded the Wagga Wagga Band Tour
✨ Organised school working bees and fundraised for library and sporting resources
✨ Managed canteen and uniform shop operations
Now we need YOU to keep it going!
All executive roles are vacant for 2026 and must be filled at the Term 1 AGM on Wednesday 25th February. Full support from the outgoing office bearers will be provided for the handover process.
