📣 Pittwater High School P&C Meeting | Wednesday 16 September

Our next P&C meeting is an important one, and we’d love to see as many parents and carers there as possible. We’ll be discussing and voting on the future of the school canteen and uniform shop, including a proposal to hand the management of both back to the school.

This is an important decision for our school community, and we really encourage parents to come along, hear the discussion and have their say.

Want to vote? You need to be a financial P&C member. If you’re not currently a member, you can easily join on the night for a gold coin fee.

Please encourage other Pittwater High parents and carers to come along too. We’d love to have strong representation from our parent community.

Pittwater High School P&C MEETING POSTPONED

Please note that the PHS P&C General Meeting scheduled for TONIGHT (Wednesday 19 August) has been postponed.

The next General Meeting will now be held:

This meeting will be particularly important, with members asked to vote on two significant matters:

🥪 School Canteen
The P&C is proposing to consider outsourcing the canteen to a third party, due to increasing wages, insurance and administration costs.

👕 School Uniform Shop
Members will also be asked to vote on handing the Uniform Shop back to the school, so the school can manage proposed changes to the uniform and a new uniform rollout.

Should you wish to have your say/vote, please come along to the meeting on 16 September.

📢 UNIFORM SHOP UPDATE

The Pittwater High School Uniform Shop will be closed on Monday 3 August.

Online orders can still be collected from the Canteen during Lunch 1 or Lunch 2.

The Uniform Shop will be open again on Thursday 6 August.

🇲🇽 GYG IS BACK!!! 🇲🇽

We’re very excited to announce that our good friends at Guzman y Gomez Mona Vale have listened, and we’re bringing back the burritos!

From next Tuesday, GYG will be available for Lunch 2 on Tuesdays only. Extra protein and vegetarian options are available too.

🌟 We're Hiring! 🌟

Join our friendly team at the Pittwater High School Canteen!

We're looking for a casual staff member to work 2 days per week, with the opportunity to pick up additional fill-in shifts when needed.

We're a team of parents who understand the importance of work-life balance. We support each other so no one has to miss those important family moments, school events or personal milestones.

This role is more about finding someone with a positive attitude and a great personality who will fit in with our wonderful team. Previous experience isn't essential, as full on-the-job training will be provided.

Hours: 8:00am to 2:00pm
