The Hills Cricket Academy is run by former first class player Nick Bertus and Parramatta First grader Luke Dempsey . By identifying a number of key training principles, The Hills Cricket Academy has devised a number of innovative training programs designed to maximise player’s skill acquisition in a realistic environment. Understanding that ‘Technique Repetition Reveals Talent‘, The Hills Cricket

These ‘Coaching Pillars‘ entail that all The Hills Cricket Academy programs reflect and highlight the ‘Contests‘ with the game of cricket that The Hills Cricket Academy believe to be the secret of Effective Training. The Hills Cricket Academy has designed a number of programs to ‘Replicate Cricket’s Contests‘. These are:

Group Coaching (2-6 players)
