We are small centre located in the heart of Kingsgrove. Our service is open from 7am-6pm operating 50weeks of the year and closing for 2 weeks over Christmas.

We are looking for a highly motivated and confident ECT qualified educator or diploma working towards ECT

You will be required to plan and program experiences for the children in the preschool room working in the room with our Supervisor and trainees. We are a close net team of individuals who pride on putting the children first. We cater for 25-30 children a day and have 2 rooms across the service.

A Role in where you enjoy preparing child activity, programming and observing , time away from floor provided whilst you prepare in the office , you will be part of a friendly team which enjoys communicating with families and children. With guided training on our systems.

A current WWCC.

Good organisational , communication and leadership skills.
This role is a full time position
We provide a comfortable uniform and paid breaks.
Must be willing to communicate well with parents on pick up and drop off and build strong relationships with parents & children’s within the service
Reliable honest committed to preparing children’s programs observing and what’s next for each child’s progression whilst working well in team and providing feedback to Management.
We require someone to think outside the square to prepare exciting children’s activities and programs and you will be greatly rewarded .

Children’s interest
The children in the dolphin room have shown increasing interest in the topic science. To extend on their interest we set up an experience. We discussed colours, shapes and reactions 🧪

Yesterday Mary Grace Childcare had our annual Christmas Party and Graduation. The children had so much fun doing different Christmas activities such as decorate your own Christmas stocking, cookie decorating, Christmas cards, sand, playdough and clay. We had fresh chicken and sandwiches with wraps and burgers and some yummy fruit salad. The children sang the Christmas Songs and I'll opened up their presents. It was a fun day! Thank you to all the parents and family members that came.

Monday was a very exciting day as the children got to interact with our pet chickens as part of our sustainability project. The children had fun patting the chickens and exploring it's different features. To our surprised our chickens layed their first egg and the children had fun exploring the eggs and began to ask many questions. We look forward to more adventures with out chicken friend's. 🙂
