HISTORY COMPETITION

This week, P and O students from Years 7, 8 and 10 took part in our History Competition! Students put their historical knowledge and critical thinking skills to the test across a range of challenging multiple-choice questions.

It was fantastic to see so many students demonstrating enthusiasm and a passion for History. A huge congratulations to all students who participated and challenged themselves throughout the competition. We are proud to continue creating enrichment opportunities that encourage curiosity and a love of learning within HSIE.

PERFORMING ARTS MURAL

A new mural outside the performing arts rooms was unveiled this week. The mural was designed by a 2025 Yr 10 student, Leonie Munting, as part of the VA Mural unit. The design was fully realised and painted by one of our talented casual teachers, Ms Ellie Warner. The mural was hung by this year's Yr 12 Construction class. The cost of the mural was a donation from the Year 12 class of 2025.
