Volunteers will assist with live bluebottle collections from Sydney beaches and behavioural experiment days at SIMS.

Volunteers must be comfortable around water and working near stinging marine animals (safety gear and training provided).

Exciting last minute field work opportunity in far western NSW! 🏜️ 🏜️

An incredible opportunity to see a stunning and unique part of Australia and gain some fieldwork experience!

The plan is to head out to the field on the 19th of October through to the 29th.
You will go to Fowlers' Gap Field Station for 4 days and then 3 days in Mutawintji National with some opportunities for sightseeing too!

🌊 New volunteer opportunity in marine science 🌊
Assistant in collecting, sorting, and processing samples of crayweed (Phyllospora comosa) in restored sites along Sydney’s coast!
Must be a confident snorkeller and willing to be a registered snorkeler at UNSW. Snorkelling gear (wetsuit, mask, snorkel, fins) can be provided if needed.
