We train all year for the Changing Shape Xmas Party. This year was a test of physical and mental stamina and after a “grueling”cycling, run and few hundred burpee’s, push ups and crunches the girls competed in quoits and jigsaw puzzling. Congratulations to Marg, Katia, Kel and Gretal who came from 3rd place to take out the title with their magnificent puzzling!

Sadly I remember all of these and my personal favorite was the lycra leotard and leg warmer combo!!!!
