Our Vocal Ensemble sung last night at the Opera House in the beautiful Concert Hall for this year’s ’In Concert’.

Thirty three students from yrs 7-11 joined hundreds of public schools.

Millie, Emma and Naomi also played their instruments in Arts Unit Bands.

Thank you to Mr Sham and Miss Harper. They have rehearsed all year with the students and built the program.

Pictured with Ms Pfeffer are Leos Club members - Shiva (President) and Max (Vice President).

Well done to the Leos Club.

The Turramurra Senior Theatresports Team competed in their heat on Monday night. It's a knockout competition with only the top half going through to the finals.

Turramurra normally makes that hurdle, but this year the team found themselves in a brutal heat draw alongside several grand final regulars.

The team was alone in the lead after Round 1 but wasn't able to keep up with some impressive scores that went out as the competition continued and even a particularly strong final scene wasn't quite enough to see them finish in the cutoff position of 4th place.

A surprise result given previous years, and a bittersweet ending to the 6-year campaign with 2 of the team members being Year 12 and so farewelling the competition.

It's been a great journey, and their tremendous final "Time Warp" scene was a solid way to wrap things up. Well done, team!

On Sunday 18 members of the LEOs Club attended an event at the Uniting Bowden Brae Facility at Normanhurst.

Leos spent time with the residents and were involved with various activities.

The Leos played the piano, chatted, danced and played board games with the residents. They all enjoyed the interaction with the residents.

Staff, residents and relatives were impressed by the LEOs care and compassion.😊
