Meet Thi Hong Tham LUU, AMEP student at Navitas Skilled Futures π»π³
Originally from Vietnam, Tham moved to Australia over three years ago and began building a new life from scratch. When she first arrived, everything felt overwhelming, especially the language and everyday tasks. In August 2022, she joined the AMEP program at Navitas Skilled Futures in Cabramatta.
Step by step, with dedication and support from her teachers, her confidence grew. Today, she can communicate in everyday situations, travel independently, and connect with people from different backgrounds.
Her journey is a powerful reminder that itβs never too late to learn and grow π

Navitas Skilled Futures Liverpool celebrated the end of term with a joyful Picnic Day at the park, bringing together our AMEP students, their families and staff.
The day was full of fun, with games, an Easter egg hunt, music, dancing and shared food. We also celebrated March staff birthdays and welcomed back team members on maternity leave with their beautiful babies.
Thank you to everyone who joined and made it such a special day. A lovely way to end the term together.

Originally from Iran, Morteza arrived in Australia in 2019 as a Taekwondo referee and faced English challenges that affected his confidence.
In April 2025, he joined the SEE Program at Navitas Skilled Futures to rebuild his skills.
Since then, he has improved his English, regained confidence, and returned to Taekwondo as an official in 2026.
βSEE program has helped me improve my English and regain my confidence. Now I feel happy that I can return to Taekwondo events and continue working in the sport I love.β
