Mind Body and Eating

Part two of my experience of a bo***ir photoshoot.

I remember feeling quite nervous the morning of the shoot. I had a start time of 10am, so I had a slow morning and then popped out to get some flowers.

Hayley had suggested it as one of the options of things to bring in case I wanted them in some of the photos.

It was really special to lay out the lingerie pieces, robe and accessories that I had purchased for the shoot and pack it all together to take along to the studio.

It was perfectly aligned timing.

I was in the middle of recording and releasing episodes of , and the week prior to the photoshoot I had been talking to Lara about how the different emotions of nervousness, anxiety and excitement can actually all physically feel the same in the body, and so your own mindset in how you choose to interpret those sensations can really help to shift and alter your experience of them.

On this day of the photoshoot, the episode that went live was the first of two episodes all about pleasure, embodiment, and intimacy with Brandi.

It felt pretty special to be embodying all that we had talked about in both of those episodes.
