This time taking the NSW All Schools crown in a pb time of 55.65 s from lane 9'in the rain.

So all good things eventually come to an end. It's been 13 years since I started coaching at the track and although I've been cranky at times I can honestly say I've enjoyed it, learnt a lot and made some great friendships.
To those I have coached - I hope you enjoyed it? And that you improved.
Sport teaches us so many life lessons.
