These workspace speculative suites were intended to be both welcoming and flexible, appealing to a wide range of tenants. A unified design approach ties the pair together, while small differences give each suite its own character. In partnership with the leasing team, the floor was divided to create a larger suite and a smaller one, each balancing client-facing areas with team-oriented spaces. A warm, bright colour palette was chosen to enhance natural light and foster a connection to the outdoors.
