DIAM JAZZ FESTIVAL is in full swing! It’s lovely to see young playing Jazz!! Also we are launching the album of

🟪Congratulations to Stage 5 student, Hugo D, who placed SECOND at the OSIC NSW State Final in the Drumming (Secondary Junior) division! 🟨Hugo's rendition of the Cinematic Orchestra track, Flite, was nearly flawless, scoring a 97 out of a possible 100. 🟩Hugo will travel to Melbourne in November to compete in the OSIC National Final, to be held at the Australian College of the Arts. 🟪A big shout out to our student Vi G B, who provided Hugo with backing on keys, and to Hugo's Dad Richard, who was on bass! 🟨Thank you also to our co-curricular music provider, Diego Idarraga Academy of Music, for putting Hugo forward for this competition and supporting him to this outstanding result! #LoveWhereYouLearn #lindfieldlearningvillage #drumming #diegoidarragaacademyofmusic 27/08/2025

Congratulations to our wonderful Isabella who won the 3rd place at the Sydney Catholic Schools Solo Singing Eistedfodd, a huge competition which involved over 10,000 students over 25 days of competition across 131 schools.

What an achievement! Diego Idarraga Academy of Music is very proud of her and grateful to her wonderful tutor Holly Riva.
