🎶🦘 Last week, our children were lucky enough to welcome Marisela for a fun-filled morning of music, dancing and cultural learning!

Through interactive songs and movement, the children explored Australia’s unique wildlife, learning about incredible native animals including the emu and many other Indigenous Australian animals. It was a wonderful opportunity to celebrate culture, connect with nature, and learn through play.

Last week, we had the pleasure of welcoming Energetic Minds Australia into our centre for an engaging Jack and Jill puppet show, helping children learn about child protection in a fun, age-appropriate, and interactive way.

Through storytelling, songs, and puppets, the children explored important concepts such as recognising safe and unsafe situations, identifying trusted adults, and learning that it’s always okay to speak up if something doesn’t feel right.

Empowering children with these skills in a safe and supportive environment is an important part of helping them build confidence and resilience. 💛

🌊 There’s something truly magical about the ocean. 💙

What could be more relaxing than gazing out at the waves to help regulate those big emotions?

Taking a quiet moment to watch the ocean gives our children the opportunity to slow down, breathe, reflect and reset. Nature provides the perfect backdrop for building emotional regulation, mindfulness and a sense of calm.

Sometimes, all it takes is the sound of the waves and an endless ocean view to turn a big feeling into a peaceful moment. 🌊✨

🍊 Squeeze, squish, sip… repeat! 🧃✨

Our little chefs had so much fun rolling up their sleeves and making their very own fresh orange juice! From squeezing the oranges to watching every last drop fill the jug, there were smiles, strong little hands and lots of excitement along the way. 🍊💛

Hands-on experiences like this help develop fine motor skills, encourage healthy eating habits and spark conversations about where our food comes from—all while having plenty of juicy fun!

💃🕺 What a fantastic morning of music, movement and BIG smiles! 🎶✨

We were so lucky to welcome C5 dance studio for a fun-filled taster session, where our children explored movement, rhythm and imagination through dance. There were plenty of giggles, wiggles and happy little feet! 💛

If your little one loves to dance, sing and move, be sure to check out C5 Littlies, located right next door in the hall. They offer trial classes, and we know first-hand how much our children enjoy them—many of our families already love being part of their dance school! 🌟

🎨✨ Our preschoolers have been extending their creative skills by recreating a Van Gogh masterpiece!

Using their imagination, observation and artistic flair, the children explored colour, texture and brushstrokes as they worked to recreate this famous painting. This fun activity encouraged creativity, concentration and confidence while introducing them to the world of art and one of history’s most well-known artists.

What a wonderful way to learn through creativity and self-expression! 🌟🖌️

🐄🤍 Our little learners have been busy exploring life on the farm!

Our babies had so much fun creating their very own cows before taking part in a hands-on milking station. Through this playful experience, they explored farm animals while strengthening their fine motor skills, sensory awareness and hand-eye coordination.

Learning through play is the perfect way to spark curiosity and build confidence from an early age! 🌾🥛✨
