The marathon is a story.
No two races are ever the same.
Even when the effort and discipline are 100%,
the progress is never linear.
All of this was true for Lisa.
We’ve been preparing for this together
since November last year.
Running + strength.
Planning and adjusting.
Learning and reassessing.
Injury and illness.
Month by month.
Sometimes week by week.
That’s the beauty of a personalized plan.
