Baby Sensory OR Toddler Sense Class Leader – Inner Sydney

Do you love working with babies, toddlers and their families? Are you confident, energetic, warm and a little bit silly? We might have the perfect job for you! 🌟

Baby Sensory & Toddler Sense Inner Sydney is looking for a fun, enthusiastic Class Leader to join our team and deliver our award-winning Baby Sensory or Toddler Sense classes to local families.

This is definitely not your average job! One day you might be singing and dancing, the next blowing bubbles, putting on a puppet show, dressing up or taking a room full of little ones on an adventure! 🫧🎶🌈

The role includes:

* Leading Baby Sensory or Toddler Sense classes
* Setting up and packing away equipment
* Creating a warm, welcoming environment for families
* Learning and delivering our specially designed lesson plans
* Engaging confidently with babies/toddlers and their parents
* Bringing LOTS of energy, enthusiasm and personality to every class!

We’re looking for someone who is:
✨ Confident and comfortable speaking in front of groups
✨ Warm, friendly and fantastic with children and parents
✨ Energetic, reliable and organised
✨ Happy to sing, dance, be silly and get involved!
✨ Physically able to set up, pack down and move class equipment
✨ Available 2–3 weekdays during NSW school terms
✨ Able to work approximately 8:30am–2:00pm
✨ Has a driver’s licence and access to a car to transport class equipment
✨Working with Children Check
✨Current First Aid Certificate (or willingness to obtain)

Experience with babies or young children is a bonus, but you don’t need to be a teacher — full training in the Baby Sensory or Toddler Sense programme will be provided.

This role is perfect for someone looking for school-hours work where no two days are quite the same.

🇫🇷 What did we learn at Toddler Sense this week? 👨‍🍳✨

This week we travelled to France for Tod Le Chef! 🥖🇫🇷

🍕 We created our very own French pizzas, developing creativity, fine motor skills and imagination.

🥔 Next, we made pommes de terre (potatoes!) and bounced them across our giant blue holey cloth, working together to get the potatoes into the holes. This fun challenge encouraged teamwork, hand-eye coordination, balance, problem-solving and lots of giggles!

🧺 Then it was time for a pique-nique! Our Tods enjoyed a pretend picnic with the pizzas they’d made and plenty of play food, building language, social skills and imaginative play.

🍉 After all that cooking, everyone enjoyed a real snack of pastèque (watermelon) before celebrating Fête de la Musique with colourful movement, music, dancing and bubbles! 🎶🫧

At Toddler Sense, every adventure is designed to help little minds and bodies grow through play. Every week is a brand new theme, meaning there’s always something exciting waiting just around the corner! 💚
