🖤💛❤️ NAIDOC Week (6–13 July 2025) is a time to celebrate and recognize the rich cultures, histories, and achievements of Australia’s First Nations peoples.

✨ Pajama Day Fun at Little Bubs! ✨🌙
Today was all about comfort and coziness as our little ones came dressed in their favourite PJs for Pyjama Day! 🛌💤

We didn’t just lounge around though — we kept our bodies moving with fun Munch & Move activities 🏃‍♂️🍎 and had some great chats about healthy vs. sometimes foods. Our bubs did a fantastic job identifying which snacks help our bodies grow strong and which are better for special treats! 🎉

From story time in slippers to fruit tasting in fluffy onesies, it was a day full of learning, laughter, and lots of smiles! 😄🍓🥦

At little bubs we honor Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander heritage by incorporating traditional crafts into our activities and recognizing significant cultural dates.

From dot painting and weaving to storytelling through art, our creative sessions help children connect with Indigenous traditions in a meaningful way. 🌿🎭

We also observe important dates like:

We received our hatching chickens yesterday!

Every Tuesday, we team up with Alpha Sport to bring fun and active sessions to our little ones! 🏒🎉 This week, the kids had a blast playing a hockey game for 45 minutes—developing teamwork, coordination, and most importantly, having fun! 🙌

Physical activity is key to building healthy habits, and we love seeing our children stay active while learning new skills. Stay tuned for more exciting sessions ahead! 💪

It was a lovely day when Amira asked her mother to join us for lunch. It was such a wonderful experience to have her by our side, and it gave us a chance to chat with the educators in a more relaxed setting. The conversation flowed easily, and it was great to see how engaged Amira’s mother was in the activities, offering insights and sharing experiences. It truly felt like a community coming together, with the opportunity to strengthen connections and work together to support Amira’s growth and development. Moments like these are invaluable in creating a supportive and collaborative environment for both children and their families

At Little Bubs Childcare, we are thrilled to welcome new members into our baby room, creating an enriching environment where our little ones can explore, learn, and thrive. Today, we proudly introduced one more addition to our baby room, bringing our total to 8 babies who are all enjoying their time with us. Our warm and nurturing space allows the babies to interact, explore their surroundings, and engage in meaningful play.

At Little Bubs, we take great pride in fostering a caring and inclusive atmosphere that feels like family. In line with our commitment to community and respect, we also teach our little ones the importance of acknowledging the traditional owners of the land we are on. This helps instill in them a sense of respect for the world around them from an early age.
