Heads up for our families. Kids and Traffic and Transurban are running a free child restraint checking day, giving you the chance to have your little one’s car seat checked and fitted correctly by the experts.

📍 Club Marconi, Bossley Park

Car seat safety can be tricky to get exactly right and it’s such a valuable thing to have checked properly. Spots are worth grabbing early, so pop it in the diary if you can make it along.

We had a very special guest at Monash, a real surf lifesaver came in to teach our children all about water safety!

We read “Annie and the Waves” together and acted out the story as we went. The children learnt the golden rules. Always swim between the red and yellow flags. Stay calm and raise your hand if you need help. Wear a hat and sunscreen. And never, ever swim alone.

Then came the best part! A hands-on rescue role-play where our little lifesavers stayed calm, raised their hands and were lifted to safety!

A fun and important lesson!

Hands-on learning in action 🌱🪱 From exploring our worm farm to creating and imagining through nature play, our children were busy developing curiosity, creativity and problem-solving skills through play.

We took the kids out into the neighbourhood this week for a walk with a purpose!

They practised crossing the road safely, hunted for letterboxes and house numbers, counted cars, called out colours and stopped to say hello to every dog and cat they spotted along the way. When they found rubbish on the ground, they picked it up and sorted it into the right bins!

It’s a small thing, but watching children decide that looking after their community is just something you do, not something you’re told to do, genuinely makes us happy !

CELEBRATING HOLI

The children enjoyed taking part in Holi, with colourful experiences while learning about this beautiful Indian celebration.

Holi is all about joy, love, togetherness and welcoming new beginnings. Such a lovely way for us to celebrate culture and diversity together !

🎓 Congratulations to our 2025 Graduates !!!

With proud smiles, confident voices, and so many happy tears, our little ones and parents made this end of year graduation ceremony so special!

Our little learners have grown in kindness, independence, and curiosity, and we couldn’t be prouder. Thank you to our educators and families for cheering them on every step of the way.

To our graduates: Best of luck at “big school” next year, You’ve got this! Keep asking questions, trying new things, and being brave.

Harvest day!

The children picked potatoes, lettuce, spinach, and spring onions from our organic garden. They showed that they are responsible and care for nature.

Huge thanks to Ms Tracy and our little gardeners for helping our patch thrive.

Next stop: tasting our greens!
