A great local initiative, putting focus on family support.
Knotty Conversations will rug up Mawson Park today 🧶
We're decorating the park with knitted and donated yarn squares created in support of those facing domestic and family violence.

We love bringing our community together in different ways throughout the year.
We celebrate special milestones like end of year events and farewells for children heading off to kindergarten.
We also enjoy family morning teas and sharing sweet treats on R U OK? Day, giving families a chance to slow down, chat, or grab something on the way out the door.
The children enjoy to welcome members of our wider community into our service, including visits from the local library, SES, and the local fire brigade just to name a few. These experiences help build strong connections and create meaningful moments for the children.
We love gathering family recipes, cooking them at the service with the children, and sharing them with other families. 🐸🐸🐸

Our worm compost is a daily part of the children’s day. Taking responsibility to feed the worms using food scraps and watering our veggie garden with worm tea. ♻️🪱👍

A great incentive to reduce waste and also help others in the community who are collecting bottle and cans as a form of income or extra help.
Spot the basket 👀
New Exchange for Change bin baskets are popping up across Campbelltown’s public spaces.
It’s simple:
🥤 Finish your drink
♻️ Place the container in the basket
💰 Someone can collect it and redeem the 10c refund
Recycling on the go just got easier.

Reconciliation in our LGF community is about building respectful relationships. We support this by including Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander cultures, stories and perspectives in our everyday program, helping children grow with respect, understanding and a strong sense of belonging.
