🔥 Like every year and even more after the Bondi event and after I landed in a house I love surrounded by nature in the Northern Beaches I ponder and I’m in deep reflection about what I created, experienced and expressed this year and what I did not...

Here’s my biggest learning, Aaaa revelation and truly seeing on a cellular level the VALUE of what it means to my heart, to the depth of soul this year of the snake shedding karma is: “It’s better to be hated to be YOURSELF than loved to be a product of your conditioning.”

Integrity truly matters like the liberation process my clients experience in my phenomenal programme ‘Your voice truly matters’.

In my human, it’s a biggy coz that’s one of my biggest fear as well not being loved for who I truly am.

All my life I’ve had incredible communities, friends and lots of them are Jewish in Montreal where I lived for 25y, in Melbourne where I lived with my ex-husband for a few years and in Sydney in Coogee Beach near Bondi Beach for 18y.

I moved to the Northern Beaches very recently.
On Sunday, I had the intention of going to dance and to Bondi Beach weekly drumming circle, but I chose not to go and rested in my new home and just went to my local beach and did yin yoga instead.

I pinch myself that such an horrifying event happened where friends and amazing community had to go through celebrating Hannukah on Sunday at Bondi Beach on a glorious sunny balmy day.
A place I went thousands of times and walked on that little bridge on the north side.

My heart goes to all of you who have been impacted by this barbaric act.

Bondi has an incredibly amazing community of people, it’s a stunning place, a paradise.

We have to keep doing our inner work, our soul’s work which is going within and keep expanding our capacity to love all parts of ourselves as we all contributed to this event.
Every time we choose blame shame game, judge, criticise, get angry or even in rage, it’s a form of violent.
To repair separation and to know that we are all connected as one big family, we need to go within and develop our capacity to LOVE, to be accepting of differences, to be kind with ourselves, patient, compassionate and accepting of all our bits.

Treating ourselves and people with kindness, gentleness, respect and care.

Remembering that we are in our true Essence pure LOVE, but we all forget.
And we all deserve to feel safe, loved and at peace within.

I hold space for heart-centred leaders and Ayano Kelly is one of them.

Ayano was a doctor specialised in rheumatology in Sydney.

She loved helping people and enjoyed her position, but she was not fully fulfilled and she knew something more creative, nourishing people and sharing her message of believing in yourself wanted to emerge.

She came to me at one of my in person Quantum voice activation workshop and she signed up to my 6 months programme Your Voice truly Matters this year.

She started her own business as a passionate baker, catering for special events and holding markets in Sydney.

At one of our session I received from spirits that she would be speaking on stage sharing her story of changing career, taking the leap to launch her own business as a baker 👩‍🍳 of Japanese’s cakes

A few days after our session, she got asked by UNSW to speak on stage exactly about that career change!

Ayano Kelly was phenomenal on stage and such a natural speaker, engaged, real, inspiring and so from the heart!

It’s a powerful start of her expansion in business as a Speaker and business owner.
