Year 12 Graduation Dinner at was a fantastic night! Surrounded by family, friends and teachers, the Class of 2026 celebrated the end of their time as students at PLC Sydney with plenty of laughter and excitement, both on and off the dance floor.

Between the heartfelt speeches and dancing the night away, it was a special evening of celebration and connection.

Sport is a valued part of school life at PLC Sydney, and students are encouraged to get involved in the school sport program.

We’re offering exclusive scholarships for our Cambridge A-Levels program for 2027 entry, providing a unique opportunity during Years 11 and 12.

One of the highlights of the Performing Arts calendar is the annual Curtain Call showcase of HSC Music and Drama works 🎭 🎶

This year’s showcase celebrated the extraordinary talent of these HSC students through moving performances, original compositions, and creative projects 🙌

Thank you to the Music and Drama teachers for their endless support of these talented performers, and to the wonderful families of the girls for nurturing this love of the arts.

A special thank you to PLC Sydney Ex-Student Monty (Class of 2019), who joined us to perform Soundgarden's 'Black Hole Sun' with HSC student Chloe.

What an incredible experience for Emily (Year 11) and Liberty (Year 10), who travelled to Perth to compete at the Australian Youth Volleyball Championships.

Emily was nominated as captain of her U18 Navy team, which finished 8th in its age group, while Liberty’s team placed 7th.

NSW finished 3rd overall, with PLC Sydney coaches Kaiden and Alex also taking on coaching roles at the championships.

Congratulations Emily and Liberty on an impressive competition and an experience to be proud of👏

A strong showing from PLC Sydney at the NSW All Schools Athletics Championships, with 17 athletes competing at Sydney Olympic Park from 26–29 September.

There were medals, personal bests and plenty of valuable competition experience across the four days, with Jiselle, Kristyna, Eva, Molly and Grace all finishing on the podium.

Congratulations also to Eva and Kristyna, who have been selected to represent NSW at the Australian All Schools Championships in Perth in December.

Congratulations to Madena (Year 10) on an incredible run of recognition for her football!

Last week, Madena was awarded the NPL New South Wales Women's U23 Player of the Year at the Football NSW Annual Gala Dinner.

This week, she was recognised again at the Annual Awards, receiving the award for U23 Player with the Highest Level of Performance.

A fantastic achievement for Madena, who is making her mark on the football field while balancing school and her sporting commitments.

Our 1st Water Polo team recently travelled to Brisbane to compete in the QLD All Schools Water Polo Competition, joining more than 70 teams from across the country for four days of competition.

The team finished 8th, with some exciting and closely fought matches along the way..

For our Years 8–12 students, the tournament was a great opportunity to gain experience at a high level, build connections and continue developing as a team.

With the Term 4 Championship Water Polo season ahead, we’re looking forward to seeing our players back in the pool and continuing to grow their skills, confidence and love of the game.

🎻 Sophie for Violin (Music 2 and Music Extension)
🪈 Emily for Flute (Music 1)

To be nominated in Music, students must demonstrate exemplary work across their entire performance program, which consists of three to six pieces for these three students.

We are very proud of the whole Music cohort who demonstrated incredible musical growth, heart and resilience.
