Essential Criteria:

• Bachelor or Master in Early Childhood Education (Overseas qualification are accepted if they have been approved by ACECQA)
• At least 2 years experience in a similar leadership or 2ic role
• Valid Working with Children's Check
• Sound understanding of the EYLF and NQS
• Proven ability to inspire, lead and support a team of successful educators
• Efficient organisation skills and ability to meet deadlines
• Excellent communications skills, written and verbal
