This one's for you Noa 💕
In this one precious life my choice is to unpack the heavy bag of intergenerational trauma so my kids can walk freely into the future.
That's how we create a world that works. A world of care and inclusivity.
Just to be transparent, I'm not completely clear of the baton of suffering that has been passed down the line for so many generations, just focused.
When our kids don't need to carry the burden of our pain and suffering or that of the past, they can be fully present to loving and caring for each other.
When we see hate and trolling, what we are seeing is internal pain and suffering. When someone shares their pain and suffering with the world and is met with disbelief and anger, that disbelief comes from a person who at a time of need wasn't modelled belief and empathy or worse.
When we can be with our own pain and suffering, we can be with another's. It's that simple. Without doing the work, we continue to perpetuate a world of disharmony.
Keep looking inward. Each and every time. Especially when you are triggered. Then our kids can go out and play together and create beautiful things.

Sitting in deep gratitude for our first retreat back this weekend. So many beautiful hearts, so much generosity and joy.
Thank you to each and every person who joined us to journey a little closer to home. Thank you for your openness and willingness to co-create such a nourishing and connected weekend.
Every time we retreat, we create the space to reconnect to our truth and centre. To hear and find what is important to us at each age and stage of our lives. It's an invaluable journey and I'm so thrilled to see so many carving this space and time out for themselves to reset and realign.
