The Blacktown Combined Interagency (BCI) is a monthly meeting coordinated by Community Resource Network (CRN). For our October meeting we have a presentation from the Department of Family and Community Services (FACS) about Patchwork.

Patchwork is a new free, secure and simple to use web-app that will improve your ability to coordinate cross-agency support services for your clients. Patchwork is a FACS initiative that is rolling out across the state. It allows you to find and contact existing clients, agents and agencies – many of whom you may have been unaware of – saving time and effort connecting with other practitioners across agencies.
