Our centre houses 7 rooms each with specific age ranges to encourage learning and progression together.

We are seeking passionate and enthusiastic educators to join our team at Balgowlah. We are looking for candidates with excellent knowledge and experience to help drive our program and practice forward. We have a strong team of culturally diverse educators who are committed to providing the children attending our centre with education and high quality care to enable them to flourish. We are excited to welcome someone new to our team who brings with them fresh ideas and knowledge.
The right people will have the following
• A Diploma qualification
• Certificate 3
• Will have the skills to support and collaborate fellow educators
• Have an interest in leading, motivating and mentoring teams to improve pedagogy
• A desire to continue learning and participate in professional development
Other Requirements
• Current Working with Children Check
• First Aid Certificate
• Asthma and anaphylaxis certificate
• CPR Certificate
• Must be fully vaccinated for Covid 19 as per the Public health order (evidence required).
