As a mother to 7 children and many grandchildren, Miri will care for your child as one of her own. Miri's Kindy, now incorporates Miri's Creche - which caters for 0-2 years in a small, nurturing environment - and Miri's Kindy, formerly Coogee Batory at 121 Brook Street, from January 2018. Miri's Creche established in 2002 at 107 Brook Street is a privately owned 12 place long day care centre, embodying the spirit of community, a sense of belonging for all involved - the children, parents and staff who are part of the Miri's Family. Coogee Batory - soon to become Miri's Kindy - at 121 Brook Street was established in 1984 as an early learning centre. With an exceptional rating from the National Quality Standard due to the current (and continuing) expert staff. Miri is thrilled to be assuming management here and providing a space for children 2-5 years that will reflect the much-loved philosophy, energy and spirit of Miri's Creche. Our educators are fully qualified early childhood carers providing rich learning programs for children's needs and in response to their strengths and choices. Our carers also provide the emotional support, guidance and love required for our little ones to truly thrive. All educators are fully qualified with current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis qualifications. Educators at both of our centres are multi-lingual covering English, Hebrew, French, German and Spanish. Miri's Kindy also offers a nutritionally balanced diet created by Libby Nathan - a Clinical Nutritionist, Herbalist and founder of 'The Foodologist'. Our programs are vibrant, dynamic and flexible - we aim to respond to the child where they are at and reflect their individual needs and personalities. Miri's focuses on play based learning encouraging exploration and discovery with positive interactions free from prejudice and bias. Other services offered include Valet Drop Off for busy times, Therapist Consultations where needed, Social Events and an Open Door Family Policy to foster a strong connection and open communication.
