Our Baby Chick Hatching Incursion gave the children the exciting opportunity to witness the journey from egg to chick right before their eyes. The wonder, curiosity, and excitement as they watched the chicks hatch was truly unforgettable.

Through this hands-on experience, the children explored life cycles, developed an understanding of caring for living things, and engaged in meaningful conversations about growth and nature.

There were plenty of smiles, gentle cuddles, and memorable moments along the way. We loved seeing the children's enthusiasm and delight as they observed and learned about these adorable little chicks. ✨

Today, our little learners discovered how shadows change and move through hands-on play and investigation. A fun and engaging way to spark curiosity, creativity, and early science learning. 🌞🖤

At our childcare care home, Reconciliation Week was embraced with warmth, curiosity and a strong sense of community. Each day offered new opportunities for the children to connect, listen and reflect in ways that made sense for them. Through shared experiences and calm, thoughtful moments, we supported the children in building awareness and appreciation for the stories, cultures and histories that shape the land we learn and play on.

Together we learned the life cycle of bees, and how to care for these magnificent creatures.
