🎉 It’s Safe Sleep Week! Let’s talk about Sleep Safety! 💤
This week, we’re diving into some super-important, research-backed tips to keep your little one snoozing safely. First up:
👉 Always place baby on their back to sleep, every time!
But why does this matter so much? 🤔
For over 30 years, putting babies to sleep on their backs has been a game-changer, a main contributor to reducing SIDS deaths in Australia by a whopping 80%! Research shows this position helps bub keep their airway clear, making it the safest way for your little one to sleep. 🌙
And don’t worry—despite the myths, healthy babies are actually less likely to choke on vomit when sleeping on their backs than on their side or tummies.
