🟦🟦🟦⬛️🟦 An extremely rare candid shot of The Dimo in his natural environment enjoying a very brief moment before he gets back to business. Blink and you would’ve missed it (he actually is capable of smiling and laughing ladies & gents! 😲). It just took the better part of a couple years of training and getting his blue belt for it to finally happen. Jokes aside, big congrats to you Dimo on achieving this milestone. Well done, been a pleasure working with you on the mats so far and watching you develop your jiu-jitsu piece by piece as well as refine your competition game. We keep going.. ⚒️🥋🧗‍♂️

🟦🟦🟦⬛️🟦 Big Congrats Josh on achieving your blue belt today. You worked on this from scratch and this is the accumulation of all that effort (and frustration 😜) over time. As we’ve spoken about, it is very refreshing, rewarding and sobering to start something challenging like this with no skills or prior or related experience but you built it mate, piece by piece. Enjoy this well deserved milestone and as always believe in yourself dude. We keep going.. 👏⚒️🥋

We have been forced to bear witness to an intentionally & deliberately planned & engineered massacre & extermination of a people, a civilian population of children, women and men, on the basis of their race. For nearly 3 years now and continuing. A genocide. Words don’t even hold the same weight anymore. Nothing makes sense anymore.

We are honoured & grateful to have the opportunity to host this fundraiser with one of our heroes Michelle Nicolini who will take us through a very special no-gi class next week. 100% of funds raised will be donated to The Palestine Red Crescent & Lebanese Red Cross who are on the ground in harm’s way delivering lifesaving support and aid to the people of Gaza, Palestine & Lebanon, who have endured and continue to endure such unimaginable suffering.

Michelle is a legend & innovator in our sport/art whose achievements include: 8 x Black Belt World Champion, ADCC World Champion, 4 x No-Gi World Champion, One Championship MMA Fighter and IBJJF Hall of Famer. Even more importantly to us she is a kind, compassionate and generous person and a great friend!

Spots are very limited for this session, we are already nearly sold out. Cost to attend is a minimum $50 donation with an option to donate $75, $100 or more.

We have also been accepting donations from people who are unable to attend. You can donate as little or as much as you want. Please get in touch if you’d like to contribute.

SORRY; NO, it’s Not about the rising price of oil. It is about children being killed.

🟦🟦🟦⬛️🟦 Little bit of blood, a tonne of sweat and a lotta tears went into achieving this milestone. 👏🏼Congratulations on achieving your Blue Belt, Amira. This was a long time coming and so well deserved. I’ve watched how hard you’ve worked over the years and especially recently. I’ve seen you battle and overcome so many challenges to stay consistent with your training. To tie this belt around your waist has truly been one of the most awesome moments I have experienced in my years on the mats. Well done, I love you Lil Sis. We keep going..! ❤️‍🔥💪🏼🧗‍♀️
