From a bright and early start to a great day out on the course, our students rolled up their sleeves to keep runners hydrated and lend a hand wherever needed.

Happy Australian Primary Principals Day to the heart of our Primary School. ๐Ÿ’™

To celebrate, we handed the microphone to the people who know Ms Chacon bestโ€ฆ our students. Some even had a go at filming and interviewing each other, which made it all the more special.

From her kindness and warm morning greetings to the way she makes every child feel seen, their heartfelt messages are a beautiful reminder that itโ€™s often the little things that leave the biggest impact.

Thank you, Ms Chacon, for leading our Primary School with compassion, positivity and heart. Wishing you a wonderful Australian Primary Principals Day! โœจ

What does physics look like beyond the classroom? ๐Ÿ”ฌ

Our Science students recently visited ANSTO for a fascinating behind-the-scenes look at the science shaping our world.

From discovering how radioactive isotopes are produced for hospitals across Australia to exploring how neutron beams and particle accelerators help unlock breakthroughs in medicine, engineering and scientific research, students experienced firsthand how physics is making a real difference every day.

An inspiring day of curiosity, discovery and seeing science beyond the classroom.

Two very special four-legged visitors stopped by! ๐Ÿถ๐Ÿถ๐Ÿ’™

Our Year 3 students welcomed Guide Dogs Australia as part of their unit on active citizenship and volunteering, where they learned how guide dogs support people with vision impairment and discovered the important role puppy raisers play in preparing these incredible dogs for their future.

The highlight? Meeting and patting not one, but two beautiful guide dogs! ๐Ÿพ

A big thank you to our wonderful families for your generous donations and support of Guide Dogs Australia. Together, weโ€™re helping our students learn the value of empathy, service and giving back.

What does a school musical leave behind?

Friendships, confidence and memories that last a lifetime. ๐Ÿ’›

After the performances of The Sound of Music โ€“ Youth Edition, we caught up with some of the students who brought the production to life to hear what the experience meant to them. From friendships across year groups to seeing weeks of hard work come to life, their reflections show that a school musical is about so much more than the final performance.

The final curtain may have fallen, but the impact of performing arts extends far beyond the stage.

Fresh snow. Blue skies. Good vibes. โ„๏ธ๐Ÿ”๏ธ

Itโ€™s been an action-packed few days in Thredbo, with our students making the most of every run. From first-time skiers and snowboarders gaining confidence on the slopes to more experienced riders exploring new terrain, everyone has embraced the adventure with enthusiasm and plenty of smiles.

With more of the mountain opening up, a wander through Thredbo Village, and lots of laughs along the way, itโ€™s safe to say this trip is one to remember. Bring on more days on the snow! โ›ท๏ธ๐Ÿ‚

๐Ÿงช Curiosity in action.

From colourful chemical reactions and precision titrations to floating paperclip challenges and hair-raising moments with the Van de Graaff generator, it has been a busy term in Junior Science.

Across Years 7โ€“10, students explored everything from acids, bases and reaction rates to buoyancy, electrostatic forces and the energy stored in hydrocarbon fuels. Along the way, they strengthened their practical skills, asked thoughtful questions and had plenty of memorable moments in the lab.

It has been wonderful to see our students grow in confidence, curiosity and scientific thinking throughout the term.

๐Ÿ”ฌ Hereโ€™s to another term of asking questions, making discoveries and bringing science to life.
