Thank you to Kindergarten Green, who, confidently took the stage last Friday at assembly! Thank you for sharing all you have learnt in Kindergarten so far and how wonderful your celebrations were at your 100 days of Kindy party 🥳

We appreciate you taking us on a beautiful journey to celebrate the Feast Day of Australia's first saint, Saint Mary MacKillop. Mary MacKillop, was an extraordinary woman, who dedicated her life to educating the poor and marginalised, establishing schools and charitable works across the country in places where no one else would go. 🩵

𝗣𝗹𝗮𝘆𝗴𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗽 𝗜𝘀 𝗕𝗮𝗰𝗸 𝗶𝗻 𝗧𝗲𝗿𝗺 𝟯 🧸

This morning we welcomed our littlest learners to our Playgroup run by our incredible Parent Engagement Coordinator, Mrs McCarthy. We read the book, 'Farmyard Hullabaloo' by Giles Andreae, and made our very own farmyard puppets!🐄🐖🐑🐐
We even had a special visit from our Acting Principal, Mrs Cate Schyvens and enjoyed a chat and song together!

𝟰 𝗚𝗿𝗲𝗲𝗻 𝗔𝘀𝘀𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗹𝘆🎤

Thank you to 4 Green, who, took St Patrick's on a historical journey back to colonial times at assembly last Friday! Year 4 shared what they had learnt in History and English about The First Fleet, Convicts and Eora Nation. 🌏

Students enjoyed performing a song titled 'Bound' for Botany Bay by John Williamson, and intrigued their audience by sharing some of their research tasks and writing about a day in the life of a convict! 🦘🐨

𝗖𝗿𝗶𝗰𝗸𝗲𝘁 𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗸𝘀𝗵𝗼𝗽𝘀🏏

We've had an absolute blast with Cricket NSW, learning new cricket skills and games over fun and engaging workshops. K-2 participated in 2 workshops with 3-6 continuing with an additional 2.

Playing cricket helps students build physical health, mental focus, and social skills. We've loved watching our students get involved and build on teamwork and personal skills! 👏🏻
