Haha 😂 I had to laugh at this one because it’s so true !

We all have them and I’m sure life is better for THEM when they’re around US , however they bring nothing but doom and gloom . Unfortunately sometimes no matter how much you try and help, encourage , educate and listen to these people , they just don’t want to change , and would rather stay stuck in their story .

Sometimes these people are here as reminders of what we don’t want for ourselves, and can spur us to keep on keeping on 💪.. and stay true to a life we want and deserve.

Everything and everyone has a purpose in our lives , choose to see the purpose that serves your highest good and send them LOVE .

Having been a people pleaser for most of my life , the realization that you can’t please everyone and make them happy no matter what you do , was such a relief to LET GO of trying to be liked and accommodating everyone .

In reality , when you do what makes you happy, serve your needs , values and morals , you will attract the same kind of people into your world anyway …

So, so, TRUE. This would have to be one of my most favourite quotes ever. Only because at the age of 46 , this was a realization for me that transformed my whole life,

The relationship with yourself is the most important relationship that you will ever have. Having a healthy relationship with yourself means that you have a stable self-concept. You are comfortable in your own skin, to the point where you don't need attachment from others in order to feel whole.
