AUTHOR VISIT | What a fun way to finish Book Week! 📚🦙
A big thank you to children’s author James Hinchon for visiting New Hope and sharing his hilarious story Llamas in the Library with our younger classes. Our students loved every minute of it and enjoyed plenty of laughs along the way. 🎉

BOOK WEEK | Our students have loved celebrating Book Week! 📚 From an inspiring author talk with Sam Thaiday, who shared his children’s book and Torres Strait Islander storytelling about the importance of sharing, to our much-anticipated Book Parade, it has been a wonderful week of stories, learning and fun. 📖✨

RECONCILIATION WEEK | This week, some of our students joined with Pacific Hills to reflect on the power of reconciliation. We were deeply honoured to hear Aunty Cheryl share her personal journey of coming to Christ
Ms Katrina and Pastor Will reminded us of the ministry of reconciliation entrusted to us through Christ (2 Corinthians 5:18–19), encouraging each of us to play our part in bringing healing, unity and hope.

Together, we are learning, listening and walking forward in faith — because we are all in. 💛

INCURSION FUN | Golden Ridge Animal Farm visited New Hope today! 🐐🐑 Our students and staff enjoyed the opportunity to hold or pat chicks, ducklings and baby rabbits, as well as brushing and feeding baby goats and sheep. A fun and memorable experience for everyone! 🐥💛

MOTHERS DAY | This morning, we had the pleasure of celebrating the wonderful mothers and special women in our school community with a lovely Mother’s Day morning tea. 💐 Thank you to all who joined us – we appreciate all of you.

FUN RUN | Our students enjoyed a wonderful day in the sunshine for their Fun Run! Smiles, laughter, and encouragement were everywhere as students took part at their own pace and celebrated their achievements. 🏃‍♂️🏃‍♀️
It was a joy to see such enthusiasm and pride in every step taken. We are so proud of each student for giving it a go and being part of such a positive day. 💛🙌
