For many senior leaders, especially those in the sandwich generation, life is a constant juggle. Caring for children, supporting ageing parents, leading teams, driving resultsโฆ and somewhere in there, trying to make time for yourself.
Thatโs why passed participants have said stepping into a leadership program can feel like "a retreat".
