“𝗜 𝘂𝘀𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗼 𝗽𝘂𝘀𝗵 𝗽𝗮𝘀𝘁 𝗳𝗲𝗮𝗿. 𝗡𝗼𝘄 𝗜 𝗷𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝘄𝗮𝗹𝗸 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗳𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗹𝘆 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗼 𝗳𝗲𝗮𝗿, 𝗵𝗼𝗹𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘀𝗽𝗮𝗰𝗲 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗽𝗮𝗿𝘁𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝗺𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝘀𝗰𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗱.”

These are the words of James, my amazing coaching client and friend. As he mentions, he had tried various self-development programs in the past, which had all focused on ‘pushing’ past the fears and roadblocks to success. This quote sums up the essence of the journey to unshakeable confidence.

Unshakeable Confidence is not about some Alpha male bravado where we ignore the parts of us that are fearful, doubtful or even weak. On the contrary, true confidence comes from an awareness, understanding and appreciation of all Parts of ourselves.

Some parts are masculine. Other parts are feminine.

Some are strong, bold, competitive and assertive. Others are soft, compassionate, and emotive.

In the Unshakeable Confidence program, we do not judge any Part as greater than another.

The secret to a deep, grounded confidence over a sustained period is not in suppressing the ‘softer’ parts and igniting the stronger parts. Instead, we understand all parts, appreciate them, and boldly step into them, bringing them to full expression. By doing this we can use all Parts to live the most fulfilled, empowered and unshakeable life possible.

For James (absolute legend of a man), this journey gave him a freedom to move forward with full expression. He:

🧠 Understood the deeper reasons of why he was holding himself back, to unlock these roadblocks
💙 Strengthened his Relationship through open conversations (Married now!!)
💪 Body improved (No more IBS!)

𝗜𝘀 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝗳𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗮𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗠𝗼𝗻𝗲𝘆?

I was in Warsaw, Poland last weekend. I was sitting back smoking sh**ha in a bar with a few close friends, all sharing about our lives and our businesses.

There was a friendly Irish guy sitting across the table for me, and he asked what I do for a living.

“I help men find self-confidence”, I said. His ears pricked up with curiosity, and he then asked “Isn’t confidence all just about money? I find that when I am making a lot of money, I am confident. When my business is in a down period, my confidence then drops, and the cycle continues.”

“Absolutely not.” I responded. He then leaned forward with more curiosity. I then explained…

“The fact that your confidence moves up and down depending on your money shows that you have ‘conditional confidence’. In other words, you have an internal script in your head that is telling you, ‘I can only be confident if certain conditions in my life are met. Specifically, I am only worthy of confidence if I have a certain amount of money’.

You see, this is an extremely common misconception among men. They believe that a certain amount of money will fix their life, and that the confidence and fulfillment that they have always craved will magically appear when the number changes in their bank account.

When I go deep into this issue with the men I coach, we often find that this is a ‘script’ that they learnt from their childhood. A script saying “I must be successful to be worthy of love, acceptance and confidence”.

There is a dangerous irony of this script. It means that we can become desperate and needy for money, which can actually mean we are less likely to gain it.

So, what is the solution?

We need to find ‘Unconditional Confidence’. This means we have a deep internal belief that ‘I am Worthy of Love, Fulfillment and Confidence as I Am’. This especially needs to be communicated to the child within us, as our childhood is where we developed many of our deepest beliefs.

Now, this ‘Unconditional Confidence’ does not mean that we stop trying to make money, and find success in our life. On the contrary, many of my coaching clients who have found this Unconditional Confidence have told me that it is now easier and more exciting to take greater action in their lives. To take more risks, make more money, meet more people. This all starts to come naturally once we heal the wounds of the ‘Conditional Confidence’ and instead replace it with an unshakeable, unconditional confidence and self-worth.

So, do the work to find your deep internal confidence, and then enjoy the process of moving forward to the money and relationships you always wanted.

Let it Go. Then, you will be Free.

One hour ago, I started a Video Call with one of my clients.

He was angry.

Angry about people who had let him down. A breakup that had almost destroyed him.

His voice was tense, frustrated and his energy was resentful.

I listened for about 15 minutes to give him the space to vent.

Then, I simply said 'You need to allow yourself to Let Go'.

Letting Go is not about justifying what the other person has done. It is about allowing yourself to regain control and power back in your life.

The person who can Let Go of whatever he feels, is in complete control of his life.

That person can be hated, betrayed and even ridiculed. It will not even impact them, because of the one key power.

The power to let go.

Now, nothing can control him.

I'm not saying it's a quick fix. But step by step, you can learn to let go.

He just messaged me with a picture of his notepad with the words...

'Let Go. I want to be Free. Then I control all situations, and become powerful again.'

This is the kind of simple brilliance I live for. The men I coach start to become their own Coaches. They regain full control over their life.

There is no shame in loving yourself. It's not egoistic or negative in any connotation, despite what you may have constantly heard.
It's NORMAL to take care of your mind and body wellbeing, to say no when you don't want something, and ACT right away when you hear your heart calling.

Love yourself first - and you will learn that your love still is enough to love others even more than before.
