About the Role:
As a TAFE Services Coordinator, you'll be the key link between campus operations, corporate service teams and the local community. You'll coordinate on-site services, support campus safety and operational excellence, and build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Based at our Kingswood Campus, you'll also provide support to Penrith Campus when required.

Please note: This is a campus-based role requiring attendance on-site 5 days per week, with occasional travel to other campuses as needed.

β Has a strong customer service mindset and a proactive approach

β Communicates confidently and negotiates effectively
β Is highly organised and able to manage competing priorities
β Is comfortable working independently while contributing to team success
β Has experience using Microsoft Office applications
Essential Requirements:
β’ Working With Children Check (required before commencement)
β’ Relevant degree or equivalent skills, knowledge and experience
β’ Demonstrated experience delivering customer-focused services
β’ Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings when required
β’ Current Driver Licence (highly desirable)

β Experience with stock control, stores, warehouse or maintenance activities
