Before and After School Care collecting from Surveyors Creek Public School. My name is Samantha and I am the educator and owner of Little Learning Tree Family Day Care. I became a family day care educator to develop a work life balance by combining both my love for teaching and my love of being a Mum. My Qualifications
● Diploma of Children Services.
● First Aid, Asthma, Anaphylaxis and CPR Certificate.
● Working with Children’s Check.
● Criminal Record Check. My experience
● I have worked in early childhood for 10 years.
● While studying my Diploma I worked in Before and After School Care for 2 years. Little Learning Tree Family Day Care is registered with All Areas Family Day Care and we are CCS approved
Our program is based around the Early Years Learning Framework and follows the children’s interest and strengths, while developing independences and skills ready to begin school. The program focus on Literacy and Numeracy skills, along with developing the child’s cognitive, physical, social and emotional development. Our Before and After School Program drops off and collects children from Surveyors Creek Public School. It is based around the school aged curriculum Our Time, Our Place and follows the child’s interest. This program follows the students interests and needs and allows the student to come and relax before and after a busy school day.
