Things that make you go Hmmmm.

You might be asking the Universe for a sign but are you open to receiving it?
It might not come in the way you expect.

A random song lyric might pop in your head.

You might read an article and something stands out.

Perhaps you bump into a friend, have a conversation and they say just what you need to hear.

It could be a random post on IG that just makes sense in that moment.

You keep hearing the same thing from different sources (but you’re looking for an easier way)

During a meditation, savasna, walk or breathwork class you may get a clear thought drop in…

Be open to receiving guidance ✨

Listen to what you’re actually saying, especially if you’re trying to make a decision.

All imply it’s not something that you really WANT to do or would LOVE to do.

Big difference!

Listening to yourself tells you everything that you need to know. Simply pay attention and stop “Should”ing all over yourself.

That was definitely unexpected during a Coaching session today!

Whether you believe in signs or not (and fyi it makes the world a more fun place to be if you believe in a little magic ✨) it was the perfect analogy for my client today!

Yet again I’ve been reminded today that sometimes you sign up for one thing and get something completely different to what you expected!

BUT…it always seems to be just what you need for your evolution and growth IF you can sit with it long enough, go through the discomfort to get the lesson.
That’s where the gold is ✨

Take it from me, watching the season finale of a RomCom just before you’re s’posed to go out is a dumb idea! Now I’ve got red, watery eyes! How’s my mascara supposed to stay on??

Have you got an issue going around and around in your self talk that won’t shut up?

Peace is always available to you when you get out of your head and back into your body.

Here’s a few things you could try:

Take some time to focus on some deep, long, slow breaths.
Breathe into the belly for a count of 4, hold gently for a count of 4, breathe out for 4, hold gently for 4 and repeat for a few rounds

Get outside for a brisk walk. Look at the sky, the trees, animals, listen to the birds, observe your surroundings.

Put your favourite music on loud and dance vigorously, shake out all that stagnant energy.

Journal it out. Scribble out all those consuming thoughts, have a big rant, say exactly what you want and then rip it up and bin it. This can be a cathartic release.
