My name is Steph and I run a small career coaching business in sunny Roseville, Sydney, 2069.

I create resumes and cover letters that really sell and highlight the person and their skills and capabilities.
My superpower is the Interview readiness session and working with you to bring out the best YOU.

I help people to navigate their job applications, then the telephone screens, so important to do well in those, because that is the gateway to the final interview. I can help you with that all important final stage, where together, we'll create, format and present your interview stories come video or face to face interview time.

Remember, the resume is validation of your skills and experiences. The interview though, is the personality test. They want to get to know you, they will utilise that time to imagine you in the office, at your desk, interacting with the team, so selling your experiences and your Personality is vital!

My clients are as young as 14, getting ready for their first job applications, resume and interviews, high schoolers, school leavers, graduates, to people seeking to re-enter the workforce after a long period, needing new pathways, new careers and new directions🙂

I had a long chat about this with a client and this has become a very popular topic of conversation of late, and a LOT of people have been experiencing this after leaving a job. Leaving a long-term employment is like a breakup.
The feelings are the same. The loss, the grief, at times the shock, how you thought you had good friends, but they didn't last after you left. It's a lot.
