Feeling stuck on something at work or in your studies? Join us for a Guided Nature Journaling Session, a gentle, hands-on way to slow down, observe and find fresh clarity.

Using a plant as your inspiration, we’ll look closely at texture, pattern and form, then use what we notice as a lens for reflection. No drawing experience needed, this is about self-reflection, not artistic skill.

All materials provided by EnvironmentallyAbled 🌿 (bring your own journal if you’d prefer).

📍 Impact Story Lab, Darlinghurst
🗓️ Wed 2 September | 10–11am
🎟️ $20 or “Waste” Exchange Entry (bring 20 items of acceptable waste)

Stay on after for the Impact Co-Working Day and carry that calm energy into your work 💚

Open to anyone navigating a challenge, and anyone drawn to mindfulness, journaling or slow, reflective practices.

We gathered. We were honest. We planted something. 🌱
In the last Connected in Nature gathering, people from different professions sat together on Bennelong Lawn — themed around What We Carry, What We Plant 🌱

We named what we’re carrying about the state of our environment. We shared stories. And each person left with one small, personal act for the cause that matters most to them💚

Not a grand gesture. Just one seed, planted in their own way and their own life.

Thank you to everyone who showed up with such openness and to Carol Anastas for generously supporting this gathering and helping make it more impactful🌿

Now I want to open this up to you👇

🌍 What are you carrying right now about the state of our environment?

🌱 What is one small thing you could plant in your own way, your own life?

Drop it in the comments. There are no wrong answers, no grand gestures needed. Just one honest thought and one small seed.
Let’s see what grows. 💚
