🎓Preschool Graduation Day 2025🎓
What an emotional and joyful day it’s been! Today we celebrated our beautiful preschoolers as they graduated and got ready to take their next big step into kindergarten.
It was such a special morning filled with laughter, happy tears, proud smiles, and lots of love. Watching the children walk up with their little caps, sing their songs, and share their big smiles truly melted our hearts. We’ve watched these little ones grow, learn, make friends, and become confident, curious learners and today was the perfect reminder of just how far they’ve come.
A huge thank you to all our wonderful families for your support, love, and trust throughout the year. Your encouragement means so much to us, and it’s been a privilege to be part of your child’s early learning journey.
To our amazing preschoolers we are so proud of each and every one of you! You’ll always hold a special place in our hearts. 💛✨

Our Dental Visit Today
This morning we welcomed the Smile Heroes dental team to our preschool! The children were so excited to take part in this fun and engaging visit.
Not only did they learn about caring for their teeth, but the experience also supported other areas of learning:
🕶️ Colour recognition – each child chose the colour of their glasses and toothbrush.
🍓 Exploring the senses – children smelled the toothpaste and made guesses about the flavours (strawberry was a favourite!).
😊 Healthy habits – we talked about why brushing twice a day keeps our teeth strong and healthy.
It was a smooth and positive experience for everyone, and we look forward to welcoming the dental team again in the future.

As we close our Book Week celebrations, we want to say a huge thank you to all our wonderful children and families for making it such a special week!
Throughout the week, our centre was filled with excitement, creativity, and joy. The children lit up the room with their amazing costumes, proudly shared their favourite books, and brought stories to life through fun and engaging activities. Their enthusiasm created such a magical atmosphere, and it was a delight to watch their imaginations shine.
A special thank you to our incredible parents for your active support from helping with costumes, encouraging conversations about books at home, and joining in the fun with us. Your involvement made this celebration even more meaningful.
Book Week has been more than just dressing up it’s been about sparking imagination, building confidence, and nurturing a lifelong love of reading and storytelling. We are so proud of each and every child for the way they embraced this experience.
Thank you once again for helping us create such wonderful memories. We look forward to many more reading adventures ahead!

Happy Father’s Day from Learn and Play Preschool!
This morning, we celebrated the amazing dads, grandpas, and father figures who mean so much to our children. Our Father’s Day Morning Tea was filled with smiles, laughter, and lots of love!
We kicked things off with a fun photo session where families captured special moments together — memories that will be treasured forever.
Our dads were then treated to a delicious spread of food, lovingly prepared by our staff, as a small thank-you for all the love, care, and support they give every day.
The sweetest part of the morning was our children’s performance of “I Love My Daddy.” Their little voices and shining faces made the room light up — it was truly a moment to remember!
A big thank you to all our wonderful dads and granddads for joining us today, to our dedicated team for making the event possible, and of course to our children, who are always at the heart of everything we do.
To all the incredible fathers and grandfathers out there Happy Father’s Day! You are loved, appreciated, and celebrated not just today, but every day.
