July is a month of spiritual awakening and letting go of what no longer serves you. This could be people, places, or things that you have outgrown. It’s time to slow down and practice bringing peace to your life. Surrender your need to force things, just let things be. If it helps you, sing the famous Beatles song ...”Let it be, let it be, let it be, let it be, whisper words of wisdom, let it be....” over and over to help you keep calm. This song was actually written by Paul McCartney after having a dream of his departed mother coming to him in his “...times of trouble...”. He awoke the next morning with the memory of her saying these 3 magical words and so decided to write a song from it, and well the rest is history!

Practice being your own spiritual master and keep silent as much as possible. Turn your energy to clearing out an clutter around your home and make way for the new beginnings starting next month. Rest is very important this month and also compassion. Forgive others and move on if need be. Holding in anger, negative thoughts and feelings in your mind, body and spirit ONLY causes YOU harm and dis-ease! Keep the faith and understand you are never alone.
