WA state nomination requirements for 2022-23:

1) No major changes when compared with current requirements.

2) Many new occupations are added to list.

3) Open to offshore ( 1st priority will be given to applicants living in WA, then for residing in other Australian states, third priority for overseas applicants).

IELTS Writing test tips:

- Perform a thorough analysis of assigned tasks and quickly prepare the answers mentally or make rough notes.
- Try to write over 150 words for task 1 and over 250 for task 2.
- Divide your time smartly, 20 minutes for task 1, and 40 minutes for task 2 (as it is lengthier and carries more marks).
- Ensure that you write a conclusion for task 2.
- Write precise, relevant answers. Avoid writing long paragraphs and use complex sentence structures.
- Avoid repetition of ideas, phrases and words.
- Use active voice. Avoid writing in passive voice.
- Do a thorough revision and proofreading before submitting.

Repeat Sentence Tips:
- Be ready to start speaking as soon as the microphone opens up.
- Try to understand what the speaker is saying.
- Divide the sentence into 3-4 phrases.
- Remember the key words and their ordering in the sentence.
- Speak anything relevant to the content if you have forgotten a word but DO NOT pause.
- Keep in mind that there is no tone before the microphone opens up so don't wait for a beep.
- Try to follow the intonation of the speaker.
