Care-a-lot Kindy aims to provide, develop and manage a high quality childcare service that fulfils the needs of the children, families and the community

Our centre promotes an approach to early learning which is based on high expectations and equity. We employ pedagogic strategies which place the utmost importance on rich early learning experiences for our children; based on their interests, competencies and individuality. We use the Early Years Learning Framework to guide our reflective practice, our observations and our ongoing learning. Our centre has the utmost respect for diversity and treasures the variety of cultures, languages, ideas, experiences and contexts our children bring with them to kindy. We celebrate diversity and strive to incorporate it into our learning experiences in a non-tokenistic way. The centre will be caring, stimulating, secure and free from bias. All children will be respected, valued, accepted and treated equally. This centre values community, diversity, learning, individuality, innovation, family and above all, children.
