✨ Staff Meeting ✨
Continuous learning and improvement are at the heart of what we do.✨
At our recent staff meeting, our team explored the updated Child Safety Reforms, Regulation 168, and important policy and procedure updates. We also strengthened our understanding of reporting obligations to build confidence in recognising, responding to, and reporting concerns appropriately.
Together, we reviewed our supervision plan, identifying high-risk areas and potential blind spots to further enhance children’s safety and wellbeing throughout our service.
We also reflected on Quality Area 1, discussing sustainability practices, our Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP), and the importance of linking our curriculum and practices to relevant research to support meaningful learning outcomes for children.
To finish, we shared ideas and plans for upcoming incursions and exciting learning experiences for the children.
A special highlight of the meeting was celebrating our team’s achievements through our recognition awards, including Room of the Month and Employee of the Month.
