For those interested in exploring breath work. Insight timer are doing a 14 day challenge, where they explore different types of breath.

They’re on day 3, but you’re able to go and do the previous to 2 days, which I just did. The sessions are only 15 minutes long and they’re really good!! Highly recommend joining in. ❤️

😂 Hello Facebook!

I’ve been off social media for over year, what would a therapist make of that? 🤔

I have a love hate relationship with social media, bouncing on and off. But I’m back!!

And I’m looking forward to connecting with other folk who are interested in how our powerful brain works, and exploring ways to upgrade our mind so we live with a thriving mindset.

And to kick things off, I’m hosting a MasterClass on one of the most hidden toxic habits we all experience .. Negative self talk! it’s something we definitely do not need to tolerate and I’ll be sharing affective NLP techniques to transform that inner critic into an inner coach.

Soo much to love about these 2 style cats, Britt and Gunther.

In their younger years Britt was a dancer and Gunther was a model and stylist. These two are still rockin it and go to nightclubs, and seem to dance, ooze style and zest for life, wherever they can. And have got a bit of a social following.

Oh and they’re 70 & 76 yrs old!

Ageing goals! ❤️

This workshops extra special, as it’s a smaller group of 6 and it’s just for the ladies.

We all experience negative self talk, it’s how we respond to it that makes the difference.

Picture yourself as a body of flowing energy, forget about your physical body for a minute, and imagine yourself as a skeleton with energy flowing all around your frame.⁠

And close your eyes and feel and visualise that flow of energy around your frame. That's your life-force energy and the source of your creative power, spiritual gifts, and divine feminine energy. ⁠

I'm no expert on the workings of body energy, but boy I'm rewarded when I pay attention to it. I feel more balanced and grounded and connected to my intuition and life's calmer and cruiser.

I find doing a chakra meditation really balances my body energy, which I do it lying in bed in the morning.⁠
